You as a Sr Analyst-Accounts Payable will be a part of the corporate function finance division and will be based in Dubai, UAE.
In this role, you will process accounting transactions for accounts payable in a c guidelines, procedures and external regulatory requirements.
Tasks
Your main responsibilities will include:-

>>> Transaction Processing

Process accountable transactions in coordination with hub, ensuring accurate tracking and processing.

>>> Monthly Closing

Perform necessary activities within the accounts payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

>>>>Analysis

Execute analysis and reports as assigned, and take appropriate action as necessary.

>>>Internal Controls

Comply with and help achieve internal control over financial reporting compliance in Accounts Payable for applicable templates. Par ti in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.


>>> Vendor

solution of billing errors, discrepancies and disputes.

>>>>  Process

Identify areas of improvement in the purchase to pay process, aimed at process efficiencies and takes necessary steps to implement them in a time-bound manner.
Requirements
Ideally you should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 5 years’ of experience in an accounts payable role.You should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Apart from this you should have attention to detail and excellent reorganising skills. Strong skills at excel & SAP is

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
